By using SwipeFlex, you agree to follow our community guidelines and understand that users meet and interact at their own discretion.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use SwipeFlex. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be held by minors.

2. Community & Behavior Rules

SwipeFlex is a judgment-free community. All users are expected to treat each other with respect. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Sending offensive, abusive, or threatening messages
Sharing explicit, sexual, or graphic content
Impersonating another person or creating a fake profile
Spamming or soliciting other users for commercial purposes
Discriminating against others based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or disability
Using the platform for any illegal activity

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban at our sole discretion.

3. Harassment Policy

SwipeFlex has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. This includes but is not limited to: repeated unwanted contact, body shaming, intimidation, or any behavior intended to make another user feel unsafe.

If you experience harassment, please use the Report or Block features available on every profile. You can also contact us directly at swipeflexx@gmail.com.

4. Meeting in Person. Your Safety

SwipeFlex helps you find workout partners, but all in-person meetings are entirely at your own risk and discretion. We strongly recommend:

Meeting for the first time in a public place (e.g., the gym floor, not a private space)
Telling a friend or family member where you are going
Trusting your instincts. If something feels off, leave
Never sharing personal information like your home address

SwipeFlex is not responsible for any interactions, injuries, or incidents that occur between users in person. By using the app, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. You may also delete your own account at any time via the Profile → Safety & Privacy → Delete Account flow.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

SwipeFlex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from use of the platform, including interactions between users. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
